We practise what we require.
Data protection is a condition of ZEHA membership. The same discipline applies to this website.
Who we are
The Zimbabwe E-hailing Association (ZEHA), Harare, Zimbabwe. Contact: secretariat@zeha.co.zw.
What we collect and why
- Membership applications. The details you submit on the registration form (category, organisation or personal name, contact person, email, phone, city, platform, and anything you add) are processed to administer your application and membership under the Association's Constitution. Legal basis: performance of the membership contract and steps taken at your request prior to it, with your consent recorded at submission.
- Correspondence. Emails to the secretariat are used to answer you and to keep a record of Association business.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data, ever.
- We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.
- We do not disclose individual data outside lawful process; reporting to government is aggregate and privacy-compliant.
Retention and your rights
Application records are retained while an application is pending and for the duration of membership plus the audit retention window; unsuccessful or withdrawn applications are deleted after twelve months. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to secretariat@zeha.co.zw. Complaints may be directed to the Association and, if unresolved, to POTRAZ as the data protection authority under the Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07].
Security
Application data is stored on the Association's server with access restricted to the secretariat. This notice will be updated as the Association's systems evolve; material changes will be published on this page.
